Dema.ai is on a mission to help thousands of global e-commerce businesses to improve their profitability. We are a newly started and well-funded SaaS startup based in Stockholm, and are actively building on our product with beta users live in the platform. The co-founders have built successful companies and are a mix of veterans and entrepreneurs in e-comm, data science, and growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on, full-stack engineer to join our engineering team and help shape our product and team as we grow. As a full stack engineer at Dema.ai, you will be part of the core team of developers responsible for building product features and iterating over different business ideas to shape the product for market fit. You will work closely with the product teams to understand complex business requirements and implement technical solutions that solve customer needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO- Build and maintain product features using fullstack technologies such as React, Node, Typescript, and GraphQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business requirements and implement technical solutions to solve customer needs.
- Model the data needs of our systems and collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data is of the right format and quality.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the product meets business and technical requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- WHO YOU ARE
- 3-7 years of experience in fullstack technologies using React, Node, Typescript, and GraphQL.
- Strong experience in architecting and implementing scalable and efficient backend systems
- Strong experience in data modelling and familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, Postgres.
- Experience in working with third-party APIs and integrations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
